Fertility Diet to Get Pregnant

Here's a book that suggests that changing your diet improve your chances of getting pregnant: The Fertility Diet. Written by Harvard researchers, this book suggests that you can increase your chances of getting pregnant with such simple strategies as avoiding translinks-fats, eating more beans and wholegrains and having a glass of milk daily. Here's a book review.

Of course, subscribing to the kind of diet described in this book will not guarantee pregnancy (although it could improve your general health vastly). There are many factors affecting infertility and it is still best to consult a fertility specialist if you're having problems conceiving.
