Prenatal Yoga

yoga differ from regular yoga classes. There are yoga poses and exercises that are specifically recommended for (or advised against) certain stages of pregnancy.Here is a list of recommended prenatal yoga poses you might want to try. I personally like the Cat - Cow Stretch and the Pelvic Tilts for relieving tension particularly on the lower back.
As always, consult your medical practitioner before engaging in fitness programs during your pregnancy.
