Sleep and Maternity Pillows

As your pregnancy progresses, you may find that sleep is getting more and more elusive. The weight of the baby, your changing shape, and shifting joints makes it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. These days, I find that sleeping on the side is the only option and that an extra pillow is a necessity. At BabyCenter, you can find a wide range of maternity pillows (sometimes called body pillow). Aside from acting as a kind of Wedgelinks under your belly, they're also longer than your normal head pillow and thus provide extra support for the shoulders and hips.

Practical as I am, though, I find Todays Mom Cozy Comfort Pregnancy Pillow a good buy. Once the baby is born, the pillow can double as a nursing pillow that provides maximum support to mom's back, arms and shoulders while feeding the baby:
